Josh joined Essex Capital Markets in 2026 as an Analyst, where he supports underwriting, capital structuring, and lender analysis across a range of debt executions. In his role, he assists with financial modeling, transaction evaluation, and preparation of materials used to present opportunities to lending partners, helping ensure each financing is aligned with both sponsor objectives and current market conditions.
Prior to Essex, Josh gained internship experience in asset management and property management, where he analyzed operating performance, reviewed financial statements, and supported portfolio oversight. He also held roles across hospitality, entertainment, and marketing, which strengthened his ability to work in fast-paced environments and communicate effectively with clients and partners.
Outside the office, Josh enjoys lifting weights, spending time with family and friends, and swimming in the ocean.
