Quinn Keenan is a Director at Essex Capital Markets, where he advises commercial real estate owners and investors on debt and equity financing across a range of asset classes, with a primary focus on multifamily and mixed-use properties.
As one of the original members of Essex Capital Markets, Quinn has been involved in more than $350 million of loan originations across acquisitions, refinances, construction loans, and transitional business plans. He works with a broad network of banks, credit unions, agency lenders, life companies, debt funds, and other institutional capital providers to identify financing structures that align with each client’s objectives.
Quinn remains closely involved throughout the financing process, from financial analysis and lender selection through negotiation and closing. His approach centers on understanding the client’s business plan, creating competition across the lending market, and maintaining a high level of communication throughout the transaction.
Prior to joining Essex, Quinn was a financial analyst at Supera Asset Management. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, sailing, and golf.
