Sara joined Essex Capital Markets, LLC as an Associate in 2026 and concentrates primarily on arranging debt financing for commercial real estate acquisitions, refinances, and value-add transactions.
Prior to joining Essex, Sara worked in the residential mortgage industry as a Loan Officer, where she developed a strong foundation in business development, client relationship management, financial analysis, and structuring loan transactions from origination to close.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys golf and actively invests in real estate. She has been an avid golfer since high school, where she competed and won at the regional level.
