Client and Lender Relationships Remain Central to ECM’s Execution
“What stands out to me most this quarter is the number of sponsors who trusted us to help navigate some really important transactions. Debt is often the largest piece of the capital stack, so we understand the responsibility that comes with being asked to source and structure it. That has only become more important as rates have moved significantly higher and financing has gotten more difficult across the market. We are extremely grateful to our clients for that trust, and equally appreciative of the lenders who took the time to understand the goals of each transaction, work through a changing market with us and ultimately help get these deals closed.” said Director Quinn Keenan.
ECM completed eight transactions in July, eight in August and six in September. The quarter’s results reflect consistent transaction activity across a range of property sizes and deal values.
“In this rate environment, the advisor you pick is the difference between a capital stack that closes and one that actually works for the sponsor. We’re grateful to our clients for trusting us with their assets this quarter. The Keenan-Motew team is building its name in Chicago real estate one closing at a time.” said Director Asher Motew.
